Overview

MAKE UP FOR EVER is looking for a Manager, Pro & Academy Marketing. Based in New York, this person will develop and lead all marketing programs and initiatives across Pro Business, Pro Studio and NYC Academy functions. He/She will also serve as the liaison between product marketing and consumer marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Present and lead strategic marketing initiatives that align with the Company’s business goals
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and successfully manage campaigns through planning, execution, launch and reporting
  • Oversee the development of the Pro Marketing calendar
  • Cultivate and manage the development of business planning and strategy initiatives for the NYC Academy that drive enrollment and awareness
  • Lead direction and planning of web and digital content on behalf of the Pro Business department and Academy while remaining within budget constraints
  • Manage production of all marketing collateral (print and digital)
  • Report and analyze site metrics in order to identify key areas of development and provide recommendations for targeting campaigns
  • Identify new opportunities and best practices that align with the brand and have a strong ROI

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience with a focus on digital/consumer marketing; luxury experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly with executive leadership
  • Prior experience with database marketing, reporting, and/or market profiling, and/or general analytics a plus
  • Creative and proactive team player
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Google Analytics software and CRM Tools (i.e.: Constant Contact, Sales Force and Mail Chimp)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
