MAKE UP FOR EVER is looking for a Manager, Sales Administration, based in New York Office. This person will be responsible for ensuring a smooth & regular ordering pattern from our customers.


  • Ensure that customers are fully in stock at all times through regular monitoring of their inventory levels & their replenishment orders
  • Ensure that all stores are fully stocked – work with customers to push inventory from their central DCs to stores when in-stock rates are under targets
  • Monitor local discontinuations to optimize sales & minimize returns & obsolescence: forecast sell in on discontinued items, communicate results to operations & monitor customers’ orders (quantities & timings).
  • Monitor new launches: ensure customers commitments are received 6 months prior to launch & are in line with quantities forecasted by Marketing. Follow up on orders & ensure proper delivery with Operations
  • Manage quotas by customer in the AX system for launches as well as POSM – manage inventory holds for low inventory items
  • Monitor samples shipments & program allocations
  • Capture sell out trends from Business Analysis & work closely with Planning & Forecasting to amend monthly sell in forecasts.
  • Report periodically on fill rates, in-stock rates & sell in figures
  • Build sell in budget, revise & reconcile monthly sell in figures with forecast communicated to HQ. Improve forecast accuracy




  • Be the main point of contact for our customers’ supply & planning teams (Sephora, SIJCP, military channel, pro retailers, boutique, etc.) for orders as well as inventory issues as communicated by SSC supply team.
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing and SSC Forecast & Planning to ensure that trends, launches, gratis, promotional activities are properly planned and forecasted ahead of time.
  • Work closely with SSC Customer Service on customers’ orders
  • Participate actively in the weekly Marketing & Operations meetings as well as monthly Sales, Marketing & Operations meeting.


  • College Degree Required
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
  • Analytical
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Rigorous & result oriented
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines
