MAKE UP FOR EVER is looking for a Manager, Education Services. Based in the New York Office reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Partners. This person must exhibit excellent interpersonal communication skills, adaptability, efficiency and effective time management. This person will collaborate and work closely with the Sephora Education team to manage and deliver projects on time and within Sephora guidelines.



  • Manage the process for all brand partner trainings and meetings including but not limited to: SBES, SDCA, Seminar Trainings, Sephora Pro trainings. This includes leading meetings, managing the timely delivery of product testers, gratis, collateral, equipment, swag and other educational support materials as well as sourcing models and wardrobe.
  • Manage video production for new launches from start to finish. Tasks include: collaborating with the team and the production company to create and manage the process, delivering set materials, sourcing models, wardrobe and being on set to ensure smooth execution. Manage the feedback received from MAKE UP FOR EVER Education & Artistry team and Sephora Education team and ensure these changes are made to the final video.
  • Collaborate with all pertinent department members to create and manage timelines and delivery of programs and materials.
  • Research catering and models for trainings and projects
  • Pre-series and Gratis: Manage the ordering, delivery process and calendar to ensure pre-series and gratis is sent out on time
  • Brand Partner Trainings & Seminar Trainings: Collaborate with Sales Coordinator to gather information to track all Brand Partner Trainings for HQ quarterly
  • Department Intern: Ideate and manage department internship project from start-to-finish. This includes: interviewing candidates; writing a project proposal for HR; onboarding; day-to-day management of workload; monitoring the final project and ensuring completion
  • Temp Management: Schedule and manage temporary employees as needed for all Brand Partner organizational and shipping projects
  • Model Management: Schedule and manage models for all Sephora training needs and manage arrival/dismissal, as well as, payment (manage this process for the department if needed)



  • Collaborate with Brand Partner team of Education & Artistry to handle the ideation and execution of tool creation and delivery to Field & Brand Partners for all trainings
  • Submit and manage all creative requests for tools, printed, and digital Brand Partner training materials. Working closely with the Creative Team to ensure projects are completed prior to the deadline.



  • Manage department invoices from vendors and be the first point of contact for payment questions and updates
  • Build Purchase Order numbers for invoices that your role handles and manage Submission, Approval, and Receiving process to ensure timely and prompt vendor payments
  • Work cross-functionally with Accounts Payable and North America Finance Controller for updates on payments and/or troubleshooting any payment issues
  • Manage and update department PO Tracker weekly/daily as needed and review department spend with VP of Education & Artistry as requested
  • Responsible for managing and tracking the Education and Artistry budget for projects to this role



  • Submit product orders for: education videos; model payment; Brand Partner training product; comps; pre-series
  • Manage all ordering, shipping and tracking of Brand Partner education materials and product
  • Manage personal: calendar, timely expense reporting, travel arrangements, and other job scope administrative duties



  • Foster, respect and support within the Education & Artistry Department, the corporate office, brand partners, external vendors, agencies, contractors and consultants
  • Positive and professional attitude; adaptability to change
  • Willing to take direction/able to work effectively in a corporate environment


  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Personality fit with the brand, its DNA, style and spirit
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Five or more years’ experience in beauty and production
  • Knowledge of retail and makeup artistry skills a plus
