    MAKE UP FOR EVER is looking for an Sales & Education Executive. Based in Denver, CO and reporting to the Regional Sales Director, West, this person is responsible for driving sales through education and support of the Sephora Stores in their territory, as well as fostering cast Love of Make Up For Ever and positive brand perception.



    • Achieve retail sales objectives.
    • Exhibit strong business acumen and communication skills
    • Strategically schedule store visits and trainings to maximize in-store effectiveness
    • Look at New Product Sell Through reports and create business plan based on analysis
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with all Sephora Store Teams.
    • Conduct BBR (Brand Business Review) meetings with Sephora Store Directors on a regular basis.
    • Gondola Management: Observe, investigate, facilitate and follow-through on all aspects of Gondola, including Inventory and Visual Merchandising.
    • Obtain, understand, and act on Assortment Cycle Count (ACC) Reports.
    • Partner with Store Teams to ensure gondola is fully stocked at all times.
    • Understand and respect the Sephora Cast, Lead, Specialist and Store Director Roles, and communicate with appropriate person to affect change. When Sephora procedures do not resolve concern, address the topic with your Regional Manager or the appropriate departments at MAKE UP FOR EVER.
    • Meet Sephora Brand Partner Expectations.



    • Be an outstanding role model for education and artistry skill and lead by example.
    • Execute training objectives set by Head of Sales, Regional Directors, and Director of Education
    • Educate Sephora cast based on curriculum set by Education Department.
    • Participate in development of educational and artistry programs, tools, and workshops
    • Exhibit consistent, appropriate, and effective training and artistry skills
    • Be a passionate, professional, positive brand representative to internal and external clients.
    • Partner with Sephora Leadership team in identifying and addressing areas for development: in artistry, business, presentation, or other areas of opportunity.
    • Support Brand and Sephora events and trainings. Conduct Color Encore, Cluster Trainings, Brand Trainings, and/or new additional programs as requested.



    • One to Two office days per month to manage reporting of sales, training trackers and other reports as needed.
    • Strategically build quarterly calendars in Outlook.
    • Management of travel and Selling Specialist budgets
    • Timely completion of monthly expense reports
    • Weekly approval of selling specialist hours
    • Clear and effective email communication in a timely manner


    • College degree preferred
    • Must have two or more years of experience in field sales, leadership, management or training experience within the retail cosmetics field. Experience within Sephora is preferred.
    • Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills.
    • Must be able to exhibit basic beauty make up skills.
    • Must have basic computer knowledge.
    • Must be able to travel, drive, and maintain valid driver’s license, with proof of insurance.
    • Must be physically able to carry boxes of a reasonable weight and work in a fragrance filled, cosmetic environment.
    • Must exhibit a high level of professional personal appearance and hygiene.
    • Must be eligible to obtain a corporate credit card
