    MAKE UP FOR EVER is looking for an Sales & Admissions Adminsitrator. Based in the New York, NY, this person will be continuously reinforcing and strengthening existing business opportunities to increase the revenue of the Academy.

    Responsibilities

    ADMINISTRATIVE

    • Coordinate and maintain the enrollment lifecycle including admissions, student records, placement, financial aid, advising, and student support services
    • Manage Job Center and DOE reporting
    • Manage communications with prospective & current students and alumni
    • Maintain student contact notes and detailed records
    • Schedule and conduct Academy tours with prospective students
    • Process applications and schedule interviews for Head of Academy or Lead Teachers for master program
    • Assist prospective students with the application process and provide information on School and Academy Modules.
    • Achieve enrollment goals to ensure that tuition revenue goals are met
    • Any other tasks as assigned by Head of Academy

     

    FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

    • Achieve enrollment goals to ensure that tuition and sales targets are met
    • Manage tuition payments & refunds through the payment system.
    • Make deposits when necessary
    • Utilize QuickBooks for the management of Academy cash flow

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent work experience in finance
    • Highly proficient in Quickbooks and the Microsoft Office suite
    • Organizational and process oriented
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Customer service focused
    • Ability to exhibit sound decision making and work independently with minimal guidance
