    MAKE UP FOR EVER is looking for a Coordinator, Pro Business - Canada, based in Montreal, QC and reporting to the Director, Pro. This person will assist in the daily activities of the Professional Division, including but not limited to, coordination of day to day work and special projects across the Pro Business Development, Trade Shows.



    • Assist Pro Business Director and Manager in maintaining and updating departmental records and the monthly Pro Business Report
    • Assist in all Pro event planning.
    • Coordinate promotional email communications
    • Develop and facilitate makeup artistry modules for Pro Artistry Seminars
    • Assist with organization and production of in-studio events.
    • Conduct make up demonstrations for make up and esthetic schools



    • Work with Pro Business Manager on inventory control
    • Prepare and verify Pro and school orders
    • Fulfill product requests from artists and productions
    • Maintain a clean, organized and well stocked show room



    • Assist in all aspects of show production including but not limited to, developing and organizing show product orders, set up and tear down, communication with show volunteers.

     Ongoing Duties & Responsibilities:

    • General department assistance including but not limited to: faxing, filing, expense reporting, answering phones, organizing, etc. 
    • Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by Pro Business Manager


    • A minimum of two years of experience working in make up and/or cosmetic retail, as well as, experience in an office environment with at least one year of administrative office support services to a manager division or department head level.
    • Advanced Make up Artistry
    • Comfort with educating and training large groups
    • Proactive implementation and organizational skills
    • Able to prioritize and multi-task
    • Proficiency with excel and basic knowledge in graphic design work
    • Proven ability to be a team player
    • Adaptable to change
    • Excellent English and French written and oral communication skills (some translation need may be required)
