The Director, E-commerce & Digital will manage overall ecommerce business and deliver sales for Make UP FOR EVER including brand sites and any partner web sites where MUFE products are sold. The Director will also be responsible for aspects of performance marketing including SEO, SEM and paid search and affiliate marketing. The director will lead 360 digital strategy and long term vision ensuring brand site and retailer businesses to ensure overall sales growth and profitability.
Reporting to the SVP, Marketing - Americas, this role will work strategically along-side the global and cross-functional teams to support and deliver sales targets and new business initiatives, building strong collaborative relationships.
The Director will also oversee a team responsible for the day-to-day online operations relating to ecommerce and CRM with oversight responsibility for operating metrics and key performance drivers such as conversion, qualified traffic and opt-ins, new buyers, repeat buyers, sales, average order and units per order.
