    MAKE UP FOR EVER is looking for a Senior Manager, Education & Artistry, Americas based in the New York Office, reporting to the VP, Education & Artistry. This position manages a team and is responsible for: managing, developing and executing MAKE UP FOR EVER brand trainings for Sephora (US, Brazil, Mexico), SiJCP, Brand Partners and supporting training needs in partnership with Canada. In addition, this position manages and develops MAKE UP FOR EVER brand partner events (US) and supports brand partner events in Canada, Brazil and Mexico.


    Contribute to Achievement of MAKE UP FOR EVER Brand and Sephora Education & Artistry Sales Goals:

    • Lead and maintain the partnership with Sephora and SiJCP Brand Education partners.
    • Maintain and update calendars of Sephora Events and Special Events.
    • Work cross departmentally with sales team on Event scheduling and TOAs and gratis.
    • Collaborate with Canada, Brazil and Mexico teams to provide content and support and share all materials.
    • Collaborates closely with Education & Artistry team members
    • Facilitate Make Up For Ever elevated Sephora/SiJCP Education programs and initiatives
    • Represent Make Up For Ever in training videos for brand and new launch videos if necessary.
    • Develop and execute the SiJCP Train The Trainer programs and education and artistry development through collaboration with SiJCP Education Department.
    • Develop and execute the facilitation steps for Sephora TIPS and lead communication with Sephora Education
    • Work with Regional Educators on their calendars to ensure proper support of Sephora in-store events.
    • Train and develop RMEAs for BFD, BSD, Artistry and NSO trainings.
    • Work with RMEAs to regularly review field needs.
    • Must possess knowledge and understanding of competitive brand products to be able to relate to MAKE UP FOR EVER compatible product.
    • Excellent ideation and problem solving skills (i.e. To address low sales or negative feedback)
    • Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks and follow up
    • Manage the timely submission of all creative requests to ensure deliverable time lines are met.
    • Strong follow up and ownership of projects

    • Manage personal calendar, timely expense reporting, travel arrangements, and other job scope administrative duties.
    • Oversee calendars of all direct reports, expense reporting, travel arrangements.


    • Personality fit with the brand, its DNA, style and spirit.
    • Excellent makeup artistry skills
    • Two or more years of experience in field sales and leadership, management, and training experience within the retail cosmetics field. Sephora experience is beneficial..
    • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal as well as interpersonal skills.
    • Must be eligible to obtain a corporate credit card.
    • Must be able to physically carry boxes of a reasonable weight and work in a fragrance-filled, cosmetic environment.
    • Spanish speaking a plus
    • Must exhibit a high level of personal appearance and hygiene.



    • New York Office based position
    • 30% travel, domestic and some international
