  • Overview

    MAKE UP FOR EVER is looking for an Influencer Relations Associate, reporting to the Executive Director, PR & Influencer Marketing. This person is our eyes and ears into the world of US influencers to build productive relationships and drive strategy and tactics.



    • Builds, develops, nurtures and grows on-going, personal and authentic connections with target influencers
    • In constant contact with target beauty influencers to ensure brand presence in their daily life and social media feeds
    • Identifies and nurtures relationships with standout brand supporters and rising stars for strategic partnerships/activations/etc.
    • Provides valuable insight to help define the influencer strategy and shape the action plan –
      • Brings the voice of the influencers and their consumer followers to the marketing & communication teams
    • Identifies opportunities and tactics to build deep brand engagement with target influencer segments, including event, mailing and engagement program concepts
    • Reports on impact and ROI using Tribe Dynamics tools on a monthly basis and following launches
    • Reports immediately on competitive tactics and launches, influencer activities and brand partnerships, emerging trends, etc.
    • Requires travel – most often between LA and NYC


    • Attends all influencer events for relationship-building face time and to capture new targets (Generation beauty, trade shows, etc.)
    • Supports owned channel influencer community management

    Innovation pipeline

    • Fully immersed in social media comments/reactions to identify latest US trends and opportunities for brand activation and innovation pipeline: new products, new techniques, new consumer behaviors. Consistently reports on findings to marketing and communications teams
