    Position Description:

     

    The talent engagement function’s role is to strengthen succession pools and to enhance organisational performance through strategic and forward thinking hiring decisions. This position is intended for someone with organizational curiosity and will focus on the creation of development/learning plans in alignment with business goals.

    Responsibilities

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Partner with senior leadership to create hiring strategies that support our geographically dispersed sites.
    • Own full lifecycle recruitment for the America's organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
    • Partner with hiring managers to define our recruitment process and develop creative sourcing strategies that excite and engage candidates.
    • Develop and implement recruiting metrics
    • Partner with global teams on staff development initiatives, recommend development opprotunities and lead the organization of LVMH training services
