    MAKE UP FOR EVER is looking for a Pro Trade Show Intern. Based in the New York Office and reporting to the Coordinator, Pro & Academy Marketing, this person will be responsible for assisting the organization in the development and implementation of its marketing, business development, and sales plans. This will be accomplished through developing, maintaining and expanding marketing efforts to the professional and education community.


    • Assist with operational and logistical needs of Pro Business Department
    • Assist trade show manager with the planning and breakdown of Trade Shows and Gifting inventory 
    • Track and report Pro Membership outreach, initiatives and events 
    • Assist with event product in new product launch events, industry events like trade shows, and NYC Studio events, such as Pro Socials and educational programming
    • Support special projects for the brand as needed through artist gifting, anniversary projects, etc.


    • Self-starter and able to self-pace and manage time. Capable of working alone at times.
    • Must be comfortable with physical tasks during Trade Shows and events.
    • Must have strong administrative skills, good attention to detail, and be well-organized.
    • Good communication skills both written and verbal. 
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs; Tech Savvy. 
    • Able to work on multiple projects and report on projects to different team members comfortably. 
    • Must be comfortable working in two locations - Corporate and Pro Studio.
